JourdanLabs is the research arm of C&L Strategy.

COSMIC was built from scratch in Houston. It's not a wrapper around existing AI models or a dashboard layered over third-party APIs. It's a proprietary 10-engine intelligence stack designed to infer causality across energy, infrastructure, and national defense systems.

We don't predict trends. We reconstruct event chains, model cascade failures, and stress-test critical infrastructure under adversarial conditions. Our engines operate on real data—mineral portfolios, pipeline telemetry, grid load patterns, refinery throughput—not synthetic benchmarks.

The work is private. The methods are rigorous. The conclusions are actionable.
